About The Artist

Ekaterine Tepnadze weaves worlds from color, line, and memory. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, she has been painting since she could hold a pencil, perceiving the page as a place where inner landscapes could unfold. This devotion deepened at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, where her technique was refined, but her vision remained strictly her own; raw, intuitive, and quietly magical.

In her work, abstraction and metaphor are intertwined. Colors collide like storm clouds, lines pulse like electric currents, and images flicker as fragments of dreams, memories, and desires. Her compositions are emotional landscapes; maps of thought, feeling, and instinct where chaos and rhythm coexist, and mythic imagery emerges from intimate reflection.

Currently living in North Yorkshire, Ekaterine continues to explore the space where feeling transforms into form. Her art is a testament to emotional honesty, a quiet insistence that what we cannot say can still be seen and felt. Each painting is an invitation: to recognize our own hidden experiences reflected in the mirror, to confront the subtle and the profound, and to immerse ourselves in the luminous, unspoken spaces of the human heart.
